Once an employee gives you notice that they are leaving your company, this should not be the end of your communication with them.  There are many benefits of spending time with a departing employee and having an exit interview with them.   

Departing employees are generally much more forthcoming than those still in their jobs.  They feel that they have nothing to lose and can speak their mind.   

Departing employees often offer constructive feedback about your company.  You should not hesitate to learn what is really happening in and around your business.

On December 24th, 2020, Wolfson and Klein-Wolfson, PLLC was blessed by Cantor Brad Hyman of Temple Chaverim  in Plainview, New York to celebrate the firm’s grand opening

Wolfson and Klein-Wolfson, PLLC recently had the privilege of being blessed by Cantor Brad Hyman of Temple Chaverim synagogue in Plainview, New York in recognition of our law firm’s grand opening.  Cantor Hyman conducted a Zoom ceremony in which he discussed the importance of small, local businesses contributing to the success of the community.  Special blessings were recited by both family members and the Cantor expressing gratitude for our new endeavors.  Thank you so much to Cantor Hyman and the clergy at Temple Chaverim for all of their support, friendship and encouragement.
